If you choose to collect passport in person, you will receive notification from the visa application centre. You will need to bring your original receipt with your original official identity card (with photo) or passport copy. A nominated person can collect your documents on your behalf. They will need to provide an authorisation letter signed by you, your original receipt, passport copy to certify your signature on authorisation letter and proof of their official photo identity card (original and copy).

If you selected Courier service, your passport will be delivered to you by post. You can find Courier tracking number to track you delivery from the Visa application centre on the top part of your receipt.
