Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Australia Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.

Overseas Domestic Worker Information Sheet – please read details
Settlement application - All customers applying for UK settlement, including Priority Visa applicants, must send their supporting documentation directly to UKVI in Sheffield, UK by post. Prior to sending any documentation to UKVI, applicants should make sure that the courier company they are planning to use will deliver to Post Office (PO) Box addresses in the UK. Regulations were laid in Parliament today, Thursday 7 September, which set out a change to the immigration and nationality fees. The main change is the introduction of a new Home Office exchange rate policy for immigration applications.

NON-EEA NATIONAL FAMILY APPLICATIONS

Following a Supreme Court judgment in February the Home Office paused decision-making on some family applications. In particular, those failing to meet the minimum income threshold for British citizens sponsoring a non-EEA partner and non-EEA children.

The Immigration Rules will be changed on 10 August to reflect this ruling. Applications which were paused will be considered from that date.

Introduction of new scanning process of supporting documents for China -
A scanning process for supporting documents in the UK Visa Application Centres in China has been introduced for the following categories: customers applying for standard and priority Points Based System Tiers 1,2,5 visa, family members of European Economic Area (EEA) and parent/s of a child at school are scanned at the Visa Application Centre and sent electronically to UKVI. . Important Notification: Severe air pollution forecast to continue affecting north and east China . Continued transport and commercial disruptions are possible throughout the affected provinces. While we will make every effort to avoid delays, we regret there may be some impact on our visa processing due to circumstances beyond our control. Applicants are advised to bear this in mind and plan your travel accordingly.
UKVI has improved the customer journey for applicants who would like to avail of the 2-Year scheme introduced in China – On applying for the 6-month duration you will automatically be upgraded to the 2-year duration category currently being offered – please read the attached document for your better understanding before you apply.
