Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Australia Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.

  • Attention Premium Application Centre Applicants: Our Centres will not be accepting Gold Premium Service on the following dates in 12 January 2018, 16 January 2018, 17 January 2018, 16 February 2018, 29 March 2018, 07 May 2018, 25 May 2018, 27 August 2018, 31 August 2018, 05 October 2018, 09 November 2018, 21 November 2018, 21 December 2018, 24 December 2018, 31 December 2018.

    On the days prior to these dates, the cut off time for Gold Service will be 12:30pm EST (11:30pm CST, 9:30am PST) in all locations.

  • Settlement application - All customers applying for UK settlement, including Priority Visa applicants, must send their supporting documentation directly to UKVI in Sheffield, UK by post.  Prior to sending any documentation to UKVI, applicants should make sure that the courier company they are planning to use will deliver to Post Office (PO) Box addresses in the UK. Please note this is not applicable to Settlement Gold Premium Applicants applying at our Premium Application Centres.
  • Regulations were laid in Parliament today, Thursday 7 September, which set out a change to the immigration and nationality fees. The main change is the introduction of a new Home Office exchange rate policy for immigration applications.
  • From 1 June how you contact UKVI is changing. Further details can be found here

    Following a Supreme Court judgment in February the Home Office paused decision-making on some family applications. In particular, those failing to meet the minimum income threshold for British citizens sponsoring a non-EEA partner and non-EEA children.

    The Immigration Rules will be changed on 10 August to reflect this ruling. Applications which were paused will be considered from that date.
