This Service provides the applicant with an option to choose VFS Global to scan their documents and send electronically to Sheffield on their behalf. While opting for this service, applicants will need to pay an optional service fee to VFS Global, thereby ensuring that the original supporting documents are returned for their safe keeping, hence not required to be sent outside Philippines.
The service fee is PHP 3,780.00 (inclusive of VAT) per application.
From 23 February 2015, the Super Priority Visa Service (SPV) will be available to applicants in the Philippines with no qualifying criteria (for non-settlement).
This new optional service aims to process applications within 24 hours and incurs an additional fee of PHP 57,897 on top of the standard visa fee. The service is only available to those applying at the Manila visa application centre.
To use this service, customers will need to select the Super Priority Visa Service appointment option when making your appointment online. Applications for the SPV service must be made between 7:00am and 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday. Payment can be made online or by cash when you attend your appointment at the visa application centre.
Once an application has been submitted, your visa decision and documents will be ready for collection from the visa application centre within 24 hours. You will be contacted with confirmation of time.

You can use our priority service to have your visa application processed ahead of non-priority visa applications. We offer a 3-5 working day priority service for non-settlement applicants. While we aim to meet that processing time, we will not guarantee it. If you have opted for our settlement priority visa service, your application will be put at the front of the queue and the decision expedited.
Using the priority visa service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules. The amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa application fee, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or, in exceptional cases, takes longer to process.
The processing of your priority visa may take longer if you have:
previously been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
previously been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
previously been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America or the Schengen countries, and/or;
been convicted of a criminal offence in any country.
are applying for a visa for the Channel Islands. These applications may take longer than the standard processing times as they may need to be referred.
The Priority Visa Service is an optional service which aims to process applications within below timelines and incurs an additional fee on top of the standard visa fee. The service is available for settlement and non –settlement visa categories, except for those applying for a Commonwealth or Overseas territories visa. The service is available at both our Manila and Cebu visa application centres.

The eligibility requirements for the Priority Visa (PV) service is extended to Settlement visa categories, and all non-settlement visa categories, including all visitors and Tier 4 students.
Customers using the PV service when applying for a settlement visa are asked to ensure that they provide the following documents at the time of submission, failure to do so will mean that your application will not be put at the front of the queue and the decision expedited.
Spouse/civil partner and marriage
- CENOMAR – for applicant and also for sponsor (if Filipino)
- Death certificate – if previous husband/wife is deceased
- Birth certificate – for applicant
- Death certificate – if other parent is deceased

Keep My Passport When Applying service is available to all applicants submitting their applications, requesting to retain their passports in their possession and have agreed to return their passport back to the Visa Application Centre within 10 working days at a fee of PHP 3,213.

The prime time appointment service is open from Monday to Thursday between 06:00 and 07:00. This service allows applicants, who pay an additional fee, to lodge their applications beyond the normal processing hours (Monday to Friday 07:00 to 14:00)
The prime time service fee is PHP 4,725 per application. Please select the prime time option when scheduling an appointment online and pay the Prime time fee online or in cash when you attend the visa application centre.
All applicants who have their processed passports ready for collection will be able to collect them from 14:00 to 16:00.
A VIP premium service lounge is available at the visa application centre. The service includes:
- No queuing
- Comfort and privacy
- Personalised attention and service during the submission and biometric process
- Free refreshments and snacks
- Free courier pass-back
- Free photocopying (maximum of 50 pages)
- Free passport-sized photo (if required)
- Free SMS and email alerts
The premium lounge service fee is PHP 2,625 for each visa applicant, inclusive of 12% VAT.
VIP appointment slots are available between 07:00 and 14:00, Monday to Friday.
From 1 April 2014, VFS Global no longer provides manual appointment scheduling services for VIP Premium Lounge applicants.
You may book a VIP Premium Lounge appointment at AccessUK. From this website you will be able to complete your online visa application form, pay the relevant visa application fee and book a VIP Premium Lounge appointment to submit your application at the UK Visa Application Centre.
Important Note: Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Visas and Immigration in Manila. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by UK Visas and Immigration and VFS Global have no influence over that process. Using the VIP premium lounge service does not guarantee the approval of your visa application or affect the time taken for processing.
Please submit original documents with one photocopy of each document. Your original documents will be returned after the final decision has been made by UK Visas and Immigration.
If you are unable to provide photocopies and a passport photo you can do this at the visa application centre on the day of your appointment. Free photocopying (maximum of 50 pages) and passport-sized photos are included in this service.
A courier service for return of processed passports is PHP 525 for each application.
We are pleased to inform applicants who would opt for a courier delivery service that once you have received a notification that your application has been processed and to be released by the British Embassy, you may now track the progress of your application delivery through this website http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/etrace/index.asp using your application reference number, i.e. GWF010000001
Please ensure that you start tracking your application after 24 hours to 3 days depending on the release of your application from the British Embassy.
- Metro Manila Addresses shall be scheduled for delivery within 1 to 3 working days.
- Provincial Addresses located along the main roads shall be scheduled for delivery within 3-5 working days.
For those who are located in the Out-of-Serviceable Areas (OSA), applicants will be advised by 2GO Express branch via SMS or call to collect their documents from the nearest 2GO branch in your area.
A photocopying service is available for applicants at a cost of PHP 5.00 per page (short or long bond size).

The Walk in without appointment service is designed for applicants who want to pay to walk in to the Visa Application Centre in Manila earlier than their appointment dates. It’s an optional service which means that the applicants are able to:
- Attend the VAC on an earlier date than their scheduled appointment or;
- Access the VAC after their appointment time (45 minutes or more) within that same day.
This service will cost Php 2,000 per application and is available in Manila only. This can be paid online or by cash upon submission of application at the Visa Application Center.
The certification service is for applicants who do not wish to submit their original documents. It’s an optional service which means that applicants are able to:
- Pay a fee and have their photocopied documents certified by VFS staff. Original documents will be returned.
The certification service fee is available in Manila only at Php 150 per document. Payment can be made online or by cash when you attend your appointment at the visa application centre.
Form Filling Assistance service is for applicants who need assistance in completing their online application on AccessUK. This service will allow VFS dedicated staff to complete the application form on the behalf of applicants.
The Form Filling Assistance fee is Php 750 per application and available in Manila only. Payment can be made online or by cash when you attend your appointment at the visa application centre.
Application and Document Checks service is for applicants who have already applied online and have printed out their application form. In this service the staff will check if the visa application form (VAF) of the applicant is complete before sending it to the British Embassy. This service is available in Manila only at a fee of Php 500.
Application and Document Checks is an optional service offered. Payment can be made online or by cash when you attend your appointment at the visa application centre.
