The On-Demand Mobile Visa (ODMV) Service offers the ultimate in convenience, giving applicants across the UAE the option to complete their visa application, including biometric enrolment, from the comfort of their home, office or any location of choice.
The ‘on demand’ service is available to individuals and groups, such as corporate employees, or families, who prefer not to travel to the visa application centres to apply. Instead, a small team will travel to the applicant’s chosen location to complete the biometric enrolment process (capturing finger scans and a photograph).
The ODMV Service also includes SMS status alerts and a courier return service of your passport. This service is strictly by appointment.
Customers can choose from the following options
ODMV, Individual Home Service
This service is available to individuals and their families in their residence, office or a location of your choice subject to risk assessment which will be done prior to our appointment date. The Form filling Assistance and Application with Document check service are included in the price.
ODMV, Group Service
This service is available to groups of 5 applicants and above. This is mainly designed for large corporate groups at the location of your choice subject to risk assessment which will be done prior to our appointment date. The Form filling Assistance and Application with Document check service are optional services which can be availed for an additional fee.

How to apply for the On-Demand Mobile Visa Service.
- Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment. We will then confirm the total cost of this service and also communicate the pre-requisites before our visit.
- Pay the fee within 24 hours of confirmation. We will give you an appointment once payment is complete.
- We will visit your preferred location on your chosen date to accept your application and collect your biometric data.
The appointment needs to be booked at least 2 working days in advance of your preferred date.
Platinum Lounge: An exclusive service to make your UK Visa Application relaxing, comfortable & convenient.
The lounge offers privacy and comfort, away from the hustle and bustle of the main application centre. Customers can relax in their own private booth within the tranquil and modern lounge, while VFS staffs take care of the entire process, from a personalised chauffer service to and from the VAC, to completion of the application form and payment.
Faster processing, of course, comes as standard, and customers who choose to enjoy the lounge can expect to receive their documents, hand delivered to their door, just 3-5 days after they apply, or within 24 hours if they choose to upgrade to the super priority visa service.
The service costs AED 2300 for non-settlement applications in addition to the visa fee, and is available to customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centre in Dubai. If you are making a settlement application there will be a supplemental cost to cover the settlement application priority fee.

Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by UK Visas and Immigration. Using the platinum lounge entitles you to a priority visa service which places your application at the front of the queue.
Please note: You do not need to pay an additional fee for Priority Visa Service, Form filling Assistance, SMS and courier return service if using the Platinum lounge service at the Visa Application centre Please also do not make an additional online payment for these services if using the Platinum Lounge Service.

Super priority visa service - The super priority visa service allows customers to receive a decision within 24 hours.
The Super Priority Visa Service (SPVS) is an Added Value Service which allows customers to receive a decision within 24 hours.
The service is available to eligible customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
To use this service, you must book a Super Priority Visa Service appointment when you make your visa application. Super Priority Visa Service appointments are available between 09:00 and 13:45:00 Sunday to Thursday at the Visa Application Centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Applicants opting for the Super Priority Service between 9:00 and 13:45 will be given complementary access to the Premium Lounge, including the Walk-in Without Appointment service free of charge. Please note: We are unable to accept any Super Priority Visa applications before 09:00 or after 13:45, you will not be allowed to purchase the service if you arrive at the Visa Application Centre outside of these times.
This is a 24 hour service although customers applying before 10:00 will normally be able to collect their passport the same working day from 16:00. Customers who make an appointment after 10:00 will still be able to pay for the SPVS but will be able to collect their passport the following working day from 16:00. To read more click here.
Customers and their dependents applying in one of the following immigration routes are eligible to use this service:
- Tourist and short stay customers with authority to live in the United Arab Emirates or one of the other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Note: If you are not a resident in a Gulf Cooperation Council country, you will not be allowed to submit a visit application using the Super Priority Visa service in the United Arab Emirates.
- Domestic Workers in a Private Household with authority to live in the United Arab Emirates.
- Points Based System Tier 2 customers with authority to live in the United Arab Emirates.
- Points Based System Tier 4 customers with authority to live in the United Arab Emirates and who are subject to different documentary requirements under Tier 4 of the Points Based System.
- Points Based System Tier 5 customers with authority to live in the United Arab Emirates or Points Based System Tier 5 Temporary worker (Creative and Sporting) customers if currently in the United Arab Emirates for a similar purpose to the activity proposed to be undertaken in the UK.
- If you are applying for any other visa type or for a visa to visit a Commonwealth or British Overseas Territory, you should not use the Super Priority Visa Service.
Customers are advised to read and sign the terms and conditions before applying and submit the signed copy with their visa application. It is strongly recommended that you do not use this service if you have any form of adverse immigration or criminal history, or have ever been arrested by law enforcement officials, including the UK police.
Using the Super Priority Visa Service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All applicants must meet the requirements of the relevant UK Immigration Rules.

Priority visa service - Choose the priority service to place your application at the front of the queue.
You can use our priority visa service to have your application processed ahead of others. We aim to process Priority non-settlement applications in 5 working days or less, and Priority settlement applications in 15 working days or less.
Anyone applying for a visa from UAE may use the Priority Visa service in any category of visa application for UK except for family reunion applications and visas to Commonwealth Countries, British Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies (the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
To apply for a priority visa you must complete and submit a UK visa application online as normal and then either pay for the service online, or at the visa application centre at the time of your appointment. Please ensure that you bring a copy of your online priority payment receipt to the visa application centre, and present this during your appointment. Note: you cannot apply for the priority visa service after you have submitted your application, unless specifically instructed to do so.
Using the priority service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK Immigration Rules. The amount paid for the priority service, as well as the visa application fee, is not refundable if the visa application is refused or, in exceptional cases, takes longer to process.
You should be aware that you may experience extended processing times if any of the following factors apply, if you have:
- been refused a visa for the UK, and/or;
- been refused leave to enter the UK, and/or;
- been deported, removed, or otherwise required to leave the UK, and/or;
- overstayed a period of leave in the UK, and/or;
- had leave to remain in the UK curtailed by the Home Office, and/or;
- been refused leave to remain in the UK by the Home Office, and/or;
- been refused a visa for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America or the Schengen countries, and/or;
- you have been interviewed, detained, or prosecuted by the police for any offence in the UK or elsewhere, and/or;
- you have an unspent criminal conviction in any country, and/or;
- you have committed a criminal offence in any country.
Note: You can buy this service online for 252.00 USD or at the visa application centre for a fee of 920.00 AED for all application category types except for settlement (family migration) applications.
For settlement applications you can buy this service online for 753.00 USD or at the visa application centre for a fee of 2755.00 AED.
The Premium lounge service is available for those customers who would like to experience a dedicated service with individual attention of one of our staff. This service provides the following amenities:
- a separate premium service lounge
- stylish surroundings with refreshments
- photocopying service for your documents
- quicker submission of your application at the visa application centre
- SMS alert on the status of your application
- courier return of your passport.
- Complementary Walk-in without appointment service
You can buy this service online for 108.99 USD or at the visa application centre for 400.00 AED for each applicant.
Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by UK Visas and Immigration. Using the premium lounge service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster.
If you require a faster service you should consider using the Priority Visa Service
Please note: You do not need to pay the additional SMS and courier return fee if using the Premium lounge service. Please do not make an additional online payment for these services if using the Premium lounge service.
Please note: The Premium lounge service is not available in conjunction with the Prime time appointment service. Please select only one of the two additional services before making the online payment.
You can use the Keep my passport when applying service if you need to keep your passport whilst we process your application, if for example you need to travel urgently to a country other than the UK.
This cost is in addition to your visa application fee and is non-refundable.
You are required to provide a full photocopy of your passport when attending the visa application centre, as well as your passport for examination by a member of the application centre staff. You will also be required to submit your passport within 4 weeks of being asked to do so. If you do not submit your passport within 6 weeks of being asked, your visa application may be refused.

If you pay the fee online then you must bring a copy of your receipt/confirmation of payment with you to your appointment.
Please Note: The Keep my passport when applying service is open to anybody, but it may not be used in conjunction with the Priority Visa Service. We aim to have the passport available for collection at the Visa Application Centre within 5 working days after resubmission
Prime time appointment - The Prime time appointment service is mainly aimed to facilitate working professional and business executives who would prefer to apply outside of their own normal working hours.
The Prime time appointment service is mainly aimed to facilitate working professional and business executives who would prefer to apply outside of their own normal working hours. Prime time appointment bookings allow applicants to make an appointment at the Abu Dhabi or Dubai visa application centre at a convenient time, outside of normal business hours, at a cost of 375.00 AED for each appointment, plus the visa fee.
Alternatively, you can purchase this service online for 103.00 USD, please follow the online link to the shopping cart. Prime time appointments will be available Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 09:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays 09:00 to 12:00.
How to apply for the service
- Prime time appointments will be operated strictly under an appointment system online through the VFS Global website.
- Applicants will be required to bring a print out of this confirmation when they come to the Visa Application Centre to submit their application. When making an online application the application will have the opportunity to opt of the prime time appointment.
- Prime time appointment slots will be allocated as per the table below

Important: This service does not imply or guarantee in any way that applicants using the prime time service will have a faster turnaround time or be successful in their visa application. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the UK immigration rules.

Walk-in without appointment service - Walk in without pre-booking an appointment, or use the walk in service if you miss your appointment.
This service is aimed at customers who prefer not to book an appointment and is ideal for those looking to travel spontaneously. A walk in service will be offered between 14:00 - 15:00 hrs for customers wishing to use our standard lounge* and between 09:00 and 16:00 hrs for customers paying 400.00 AED to use our premium lounge.
*Please note –There are limited seats for this service per day and the same will be on a first come first served basis.
The service will also be available to customers who have already booked an appointment and, for example, missed it. Customers with an existing appointment must cancel this before using this service.
Customers using the service will not get priority over other applicants. This service will not be available to people applying as Tier 4 students.
The cost of the service is 150.00 AED and is available to customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in UAE. Customers using the premium lounge will not be charged a walk-in fee.
This service can only be used if the customer is submitting the application on the same day.
Form filling Assistance - Get assistance from VFS staff with completing your online visa application at the VAC, using the information that you provide.
VFS staff will complete your online visa application at the VAC on your behalf, using the information that you provide. Staff will read out the questions on the form, and will record the answers verbatim on your behalf. VFS will not offer advice on how the form should be completed.
Some application types (settlement for example) require additional forms or appendix to be completed as well as the standard application form. These additional forms are not included under the Form filling Assistance service, and will not be completed by VFS staff.
The service costs an additional 100.00 AED and is available to customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This service can only be availed if the customer is submitting the application on the same day.
Using the Form filling Assistance Service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All applicants must meet the requirements of the relevant UK Immigration Rules.
Application and Document Checks service - Have your completed application checked by VFS staff before it is sent to UKVI for processing.
Customers who have completed and printed their application form can pay an additional fee to have the form checked by VFS staff before it is sent to UKVI for processing. Staff are unable to provide advice on what to put on the form. However, as part of the service they will check that all the questions have been answered, and that required mandatory documents have been submitted.
If VFS staff find that there are missing documents, customers will have the option to submit these by email after their appointment, within 7 working days. Using the ‘Application and document checks’ service does not imply or guarantee that applications will be successful.
The service costs an additional 75.00 AED and is available to customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This service can only be availed if the customer is submitting the application on the same day.
Online fee payment service - Don’t have a credit card? Ask VFS staff to pay for the visa fee on your behalf.
This enables VFS staff, to pay for the visa fee and IHS fee on behalf of a customer. If the IHS fee is required in addition to the visa fee you will be charged an additional administrative fee.
The service costs an additional 25.00 AED and is available to customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centres in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This service can only be availed if the customer is submitting the application on the same day.
You can use our Electronic Visa Waiver Helpdesk to have your Electronic Visa waiver (EVW) completed by visiting the UK Visa application Centre. This service is provided in the Premium Lounge for a fee of AED 120 and in the General Area for a fee of AED 60.
- This service can be applied for, only by passport holders of Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates visiting the UK (for tourism, business or study purposes) for up to 6 months.
- You may apply for this service minimum 48 hours prior to your travel.
- You may apply for this service by yourself or through your representative.
- You need to provide the passport and the flight confirmation of the applicant to complete the EVW.
- You must check the details completed on the EVW against the passport and flight itinerary before you leave the Visa Application Center.
- Each EVW is valid for a single entry to the UK, but you may apply for more than one EVW if you plan to leave and re-enter the UK.
Please Note: If you have any changes in the flight booking you will need to apply for a new Electronic Visa Waiver service.

SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile phone informing you what stage your application is within the process. The service supports the transfer of SMS text into the language of your choice (Arabic and English languages are available) and re-assures you that your visa application is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that the UK visas and immigration has arrived at a decision with regard to your application. You will, however, not be informed on the outcome of this decision.
You can buy this service for 10.00 AED at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa application centre.
Note: This value added service is optional and is available only in UAE for local SMS only.

Courier Return service - Have your passport couriered back to you instead of collecting it from the VAC.
The visa application centre will courier the UK visas and immigration’s decision on your visa application, documents and passport back to you. You can buy the service online for 12.26 USD or at the visa application centre for a fee of 45.00 AED. Please enquire about this service when you submit your visa application at one of the VFS Global service desks or opt to purchase the service online
Please note: You do not need to pay the additional courier return fee if using the Premium lounge service.
Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the visa application centre. This will ensure that the photographs meet UK visas and immigration specifications. This service can be bought for an extra fee of 25.00 AED for 4 passport size photographs.
You may require photocopies of recommended supporting documentation. VFS Global can take copies for you at the visa application centre for a fee of 2.00 AED for each sheet

This service is aimed towards providing assistance to applicants who do not have their application documents in printed format, and need to submit the same without leaving the VAC.
Applicants opting for this service can avail the same service at the visa application centre for a fee of 5.00 AED per page.
